Youth Targeted Case Management (TCM)

Children and youth under the age of 21
A service designed for children and teenagers who have serious emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.

Intensive In-Home (IIH)

Children and Youth
A team approach designed to address the identified needs of children and adolescents who are unable to remain stable in the community.

Medication Management

Opioid Treatment (Suboxone)
This service includes the use of medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, for the treatment of substance use disorders.

Peer Support
Service (PSS)

This service includes structured and scheduled activities for adults age 18 and older with substance and mental health disorder to help in the recovery process.

Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment Services (SACOT)

Treatment services for adults who require structure and support to achieve and sustain recovery from their addictions.

Substance Abuse Intensive
Outpatient Program (SAIOP)

Structured individual and group addiction activities and services that assist adolescents and adults to begin recovery and learn skills for recovery maintenance.

Outpatient Therapy:
Individual/Family/Group

Adults and Children
Treatment includes as wide variety of programs for patients who visit a behavioral health counselor on a regular schedule.

Diagnostic & Comprehensive
Clinical Assessment (CCA)

A clinical evaluation performed to assess an individual’s presenting mental, developmental disability, and/or substance abuse conditions and symptoms.

Community Support
Team (CST)

Individuals 18 years and older
This is a team approach which aids with an individual’s mental illness and/or substance disorder, who has complex and extended treatment needs.

Is transportation an issue ?

Most of our services are provided within the community, so if transportation is an issue for you, we will come to you.

Insurance Accepted

Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, EastPointe, IPRS funds for the uninsured, and Self-Pay.

Stephens Outreach Center for Indigent Services, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, specifically to provide services to indigent people who are experiencing difficulties in their life. This organization is dedicated to helping people by providing supportive counseling, targeted case management, transitional housing, and basic living needs for indigent people such as food, clothing, shelter, and furniture.
