Outpatient mental health services can help individuals, families, and groups improve their overall quality of life. These services can involve psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychological assessments.

We are trained to provide person-centered, strengths-based counseling that focuses on your individual needs.

Our treatment is designed to help you explore the symptoms, stressors, and strengths that are affecting your emotional, behavioral, and social well-being. We will work with you to develop new coping skills that can improve your overall wellbeing. Our goal is to help you understand and manage your symptoms so that you can feel more connected and hopeful about your future.

Services are delivered via a team approach and promote a family-based focus in order to:

• Assess and defuse the current behavioral health crisis and reduce the likelihood of a recurrence;
• Assist in connecting to needed psychological, medical, educational, and other community resources, including appropriate aftercare such as  medication and outpatient appointments; and
• Improve the individual child’s/adolescent’s ability to recognize and manage behavioral health issues, as well as the parents’ or caregivers’ capacity to care for their children.
