Our Practice

With over 100 years of combined experience, Stephens Outreach Center, Inc. (SOC) was formed to assist troubled youth with both mental and substance abuse disorders. Our agency encountered youth and adults who were in need of positive support systems. Their needs were the motivation to start this agency and provide services and resources for children, adults, and their families.
